Discordia is a solo work first developed in 2018.

The piece looks at trauma and the effect of trauma on mental health. The solo examines the expression of feeling and emotion through movement, exploring what is not often representable through spoken language. The 2ndhalf of the work is to a piece of spoken word. This, combined with movement, delves in to the mental health condition of disassociation.

The work has been performed at the University of Chester and at Now Dance 2018.
